Painting lesson at Retirement & Assisted Living Facility "ADORO"

• Since the spring of 2024, twice a month, I have been going to conduct Painting classes in Riga - LATVIA, in a residence for the care of the elderly.

• We paint with oil, watercolors, crayons on canvas, on paper. Sometimes some gentleman or lady just sit with us, keeping us company. The art process can also be being together in a room where the creative spirit is in the air:)
• With great pleasure, I help to fulfill some long-cherished dreams about painting. Already in the first lesson, beautiful, unexpected works of art for the participants themselves were painted! Someone picked of the brush for the very first time in their life, someone had done it very long time ago someone's life was once connected with a creative occupation.
  
• Memories, thoughts, joy, emotions, mood - all this can be expressed with color, diving into the world of endless inspiration!
• Art liberates, art lets thoughts fly, art heals!
